As one of the firm’s accounting and auditing principals, Tom assists with the supervision of the firm’s A & A Department. Tom is a member of the Manufacturing Industry Services Group and Construction Industry Services Group. He maintains responsibility for client industry services in manufacturing, real estate development, construction, high technology, and wholesale distribution.

Tom’s current community activities and commitments include serving on the Board of Directors of The Kennedy Center, Inc. as treasurer and is the President of the Regional Network of Programs. Tom also has been involved in a number of other community and not-for-profit organizations.

Tom’s professional affiliations include membership in the CPA Manufacturing Services Association, a national association of CPA firms specializing in servicing manufacturing companies. He is also a member of the Construction Industry CPA  Consultant Association. Other professional associations include membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants (CSCPA).

Tom received his Bachelor of Science from Central Connecticut State University at New Britain, CT. He has practiced public accounting since 1992. Tom has been associated with Nishball, Carp, Niedermeier, Pacowta & Co., P.C. for over ten years.
